Could You Tell Us A Bit About Yourself And How You Got Involved In Fitness?

I began training after I underwent a bout of anorexia. After I pulled myself out of that challenge I resolved to get in the best shape of my life and practice healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle.

What Helps You Stay Motivated?

I always want to improve my physique as much as possible and stall the aging process.

What Does Your Workout Look Like?

It varies from workout to workout, but I have a five day split which consists of plyometrics, weights and cardio.

How Often Do You Perform Cardio?

I currently perform cardio 5 to 6 days per week.

What Does Your Diet Look Like?

I eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours and make sure I consume plenty of high quality protein from chicken, fish, and egg sources. I also consume brown rice, oats, raw nuts, spinach, and blueberries.

What Do You Find Gives The Best Results When You Are Cutting?

I increase the duration of my cardio sessions and make sure I consume asparagus and dandelion root. I also drink green tea for its diuretic effect.

What Supplements Do You Use?

My key supplements are CLA, ALA, flax seed, fish oil, digestive enzymes, branch chain amino acids, arginine, and glutamine. I also take HMB after my heavy workouts. I also love Jack3D as a preworkout formula.

What Activities and Hobbies Do You Enjoy When You Are Away From The Gym?

I love hiking, hanging out with friends, drawing, competition suit design, writing fitness articles and spending time with my pets.

What 3 Exercises Have Contributed The Most To Building Your Physique?

Kneeling cable kickbacks, walking lunges and plie squats have transformed my glutes and are an indispensable part of my workout regimen.

What Do You Love About Competing?

I love being able to display the fruits of my labor and proving that getting older doesn’t have to be a bad thing!

I would love to become the female Dr. Oz and have my own talk show which centers around preventative health, fitness and wellness.
