The workout routines below are split into two main categories, full body workouts and single muscle workouts. Our full body workouts hit all muscle groups over the week, and single muscle workouts are focused on a specific muscle group, like chest, biceps or abs.

The workouts below have been specially designed for for full body workouts and are aimed at those of all training levels - from newbies to the more advanced bodybuilder or fitness expert.
