    Hey Guys,

    I have heard so many people talk about shoulder injuries, and it seems to be one of the most common injuries in the gym. The thing is most of these can be avoided by either paying more attention to your form, lifting lighter weights or just simply using a better choice of exercises.

    I agree with you as I have seen that the most of the time people start workout without proper instructions due to their self made mindset , but this can’t work all the time you must be aware of the injuries those can cause skin infections later.
