Could You Tell Us A Bit About Yourself And How You Got Involved In Fitness?
I started training at 21 years old. Before this I was overweight and unhappy with the way I looked which lead to very low self esteem. I was always the fun/bubbly joker out of all my friends and had lots of male friends but never anything more. When I used to go out partying with my friends, I drank alcohol before going out as I felt that if I was drunk then I wouldn’t care what I looked like. I hated getting ready and looking in the mirror at my pudgy stomach, no nice clothes fit!
So it came to my 20’s and I got so sick and tired of feeling bad about myself that I joined the gym where I used to go to school. It was very small but had enough equipment for me to do my bit without anyone seeing me! Gradually I began to loose the weight and felt more confident to join a larger chained fitness centre. I loved it; I loved exercise and the way it made me feel.
I could never go back to being that girl trying her hardest to shine with her personality, but never was seen. I despised myself when looking in the mirror and gorging on food and alcohol in the hope that this will in some way bring comfort. Of course, it just made everything worse.
I taught myself the importance of exercise diversity and clean eating. Within a few disciplined months, my body began to transform. I felt amazing! I felt fit physically and emotionally, I had a true sense of accomplishment and well being. But, I wouldn’t change a thing as it has made me appreciate things more. I’m extremely passionate about helping others not only to achieve, but to show that no matter what age or shape you are in, YOU can change for the better.
What Is Your Training Philosopy?
Listen to your body, if you feel you need an extra days rest, then rest. We progress when we rest. Think of the body that you want to achieve, you do not need to train everything that moves. Bodybuilding is an art and we can sculpt our bodies for the look we desire.
What Does Your Workout Plan Look Like?
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: HITT 20 mins and Abs
Day 3: Shoulders and Back
Day 4: Slow/Moderate Cardio 45 mins and Abs
Day 5: Legs with more emphasis on Glutes
Day 6: Total Rest Day
Day 7: Total Rest Day
What Is Your Philosopy On Nutrition?
I eat 5-6 clean healthy meals a day 6 days a week and then have one day of my plan where I will eat what I want. If I am getting ready for a competition or photo shoot, I tend to tighten up my diet even more, depending on how I am looking.
What Does Your Nutrition Plan Look Like?
Meal 1: Oats, Eggs and 1 tbsp Udos Choice Oil
Meal 2: Protein Shake and Handful of Mixed Fresh Nuts
Meal 3: Turkey Meatloaf, Sweet Potato and Vegetables
Meal 4: Egg White Omelette, Salad and Mixed Roasted Seeds
Meal 5: Protein Shake and 1 tbsp Udos Choice Oil

I have such passion for the fitness and love to share my drive and motivation to inspire others. I find it totally fascinating, how you can change your body through good nutrition and exercise. The way it makes you feel on the outside and inside is second to none. I feel younger know that I did 10 years ago and I love life!
Who Are Your Favorite Athletes, Bodybuilders and Fitness Models?
Mindi Smith is gorgeous not only on the outside but is stunning on the inside Rob Riches for is knowledge, he’s a very sincere person and will help anyone Lee Priest he has always been my favourite bodybuilder of all time, not just for his amazing physique but I love his down to earth attitude and he’s so totally funny!!
