Could You Tell Us A Bit About Yourself And How You Got Involved In Fitness?
My parents have been personal trainers and have owned their own business since I was little. My mom started competing and was a national level competitor for years. My mom was the one who inspired me to completely change my lifestyle into that of a competitor. I was up for the challenge and she inspired to transform myself and this is when I became completely hooked to dieting, training and the whole fitness industry in general. It became my passion.
What Helps You Stay Motivated?
My body and my competitions alone motivate me to work as hard and as intensely as I can each and every day. I know every little thing I do counts and is going to give me the results or change I am striving for. My family as well as my Team Blaster Girl’s also form a tremendous support system for me and I can always count of them.
What Is Your Training Philosopy?
Training should never be a chore. You’ve got to WANT it. I’m not forced to train or to diet strictly as I do. This is all a choice because it makes me feel good and puts me in a great mood. I love to feel strong and the results I see each and every day that come with it.

How Often Do You Perform Cardio?
I do not do routine typical cardio at the moment. I perform cardio in other forms such as kettlebells, cardio pilates, and plyometric work. I also throw in a CrossFit workout every week for a different type of workout.
What Does Your Nutrition Plan Look Like?
My diet consists of lean protein at every meal with lots of green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, asparagus) with every meal. The carbs I eat are sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and whole grain brown rice. I only use protein powder for one meal because I like to obtain all my protein from whole foods such as tilapia or ground turkey breast.
How Do You Deal With Cravings?
I don’t! Haha, Sure I have cravings but I never give into them simply because I know having it wouldn’t be worth it and wouldn’t make me feel good after eating it. If I have a craving that’s really bad usually I’m pretty good about getting over it or distracting myself.
What Do Find Works Best When Cutting?
Definitely plyometric work is one of the best workouts you can do because its super challenging. As for food, Usually after I eat red meat as a cheat meal, the next morning all my muscles are popping out!

What Activities and Hobbies Do You Enjoy When You Are Away From The Gym?
Like any girl I love to shop! I also have an obsession with pinning food and desserts on Pinterest (lol!). I love to go to the beach, but I’m also very much a home-body.
What Is Your Favorite Workout Music?
I love upbeat dance type music to workout to, but I also love working out to rock music because it gets me pumped up and makes me excited to start my workout.
What Is Your Greatest Achievement?
My greatest achievement is definitely my physique, in general. I have never felt better and I’ve never looked better. No matter what happens on stage or in competition, I feel happy and great about how I look. I’m also very grateful for the help of my mom and dad for pushing me to do things I never thought that I could.
