Holly Rigsby: Womans Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer
Holly Rigsby graduated from the University of Louisville with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. She was a fourth grade teacher for one school year before becoming pregnant with her son, Tyler.
Pregnancy took quite a toll on Holly's body. This was the first time in her life that she had to put effort into changing the way she looked. Prior to becoming pregnant (skipping meals and taking diet pills for energy) she had completely destroyed her metabolism. The weight gain hit Holly at an overwhelming rate (over 50 pounds).
Determined to do something about the situation, she devoted her spare time to learning about proper nutrition and exercise with the ultimate goal of achieving a better version of her pre-baby body. It took a lot of hard work, patience and determination, but Holly succeeded.
Holly's passion is now to teach the methods she discovered to other busy moms, so that they too can benefit and feel as lean, healthy and good about themselves, inside and out as Holly does.
